Barbara Baker
Vice President of Human Resources
As Vice President of Human Resources, Barbara is responsible for benefits, compensation, recruitment and hiring practices, and compliance issues, as well as training and development.
Baker joined MicroAge in 1989 and has held a variety of positions, including Executive Aide to the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Payroll Manager, Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Director. Prior to joining MicroAge, Baker was a paralegal in law firms in California and Washington for nearly 10 years.
Baker holds national certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). She attended UCLA in Los Angeles, majoring in Business Administration, and earned an Associate of Arts Degree from Pasadena City College in California.
