Roger Rouse

Vice President and CFO

As Vice President and CFO for MicroAge, Roger Rouse is responsible for corporate financial reporting, credit and support operations.  He previously served as Corporate Controller of MicroAge, Inc.  In that position, Rouse was responsible for general ledger activity for Consolidated Worldwide Operations, performed all SEC compliance work, and managed corporate accounting staff and tax department staff.  Prior to joining MicroAge, Rouse served as President, The Rouse Companies, Inc. from 1994 to 1998.  From 1988 to 1994, Rouse served as Manager in the Audit Department at KPMG Peat Marwick.  Rouse is also the Program Chair for Accounting at Western International University.

Rouse is a C.P.A., holds a B.S. in Finance from San Diego State University, and a M.B.A. from University of California, Irvine.  Rouse is a member of the AICPA and California State Board of Accountancy.
